Creating Your Account

Welcome to the AT/AD Portal! This guide will walk you through the process of creating your account and getting started with our platform.

Step 1: Access the Sign-Up Page

Navigate to the AT/AD Portal homepage and click on the “Sign In” button in the top right corner. You will be redirected to the SwarajAbility authentication page, our secure Single Sign-On (SSO) system.

Step 2: Register with SwarajAbility

If you don’t have a SwarajAbility account yet, click on “Create Account” on the SwarajAbility login page. Fill in the required information:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number (+91 format)
• Create a secure password
• Verify your email address

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

After creating your account, you’ll be prompted to complete your profile. This information helps us provide personalized device recommendations:

• Disability type and specific needs
• Location (for finding nearby vendors)
• Age group
• Occupation or education level
• Preferred language

Once your profile is complete, you’ll have full access to all platform features including the Device Matcher, catalog browsing, and personalized recommendations.
